Office staff is awful. The only way to get anything fixed is to call, then email notice that if it isn't fixed by a certain date you will do it yourself and deduct the cost from rent. The reason maintence takes so long is the office staff forgets to put in the order. The often is often empty during business hours and phones go unanswered.
