  I asked a employee to send me a replacement card and he assured me he was going to send me one and it would take 3-5 days. I called SunTrust customer service and found it was never sent. I waited over a week for the card. Now I have to wait 3-5 days more.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The tellers and bankers here are racist and rude. While standing in line I witnessed the teller Jorell be extremely rude to a Hispanic gentleman, ignoring the gentleman's questions and not even greeting him while Jorell had previously spent a long time talking casually with another African-American man smiling, laughing and holding up the line of people waiting. The lead teller Jacquoline Ogelesby, flat out ignores all customers that come into the branch that are not African-American. She has repeatedly been rude to my mother and myself. My mother has been refused help with ordering small amounts of coins to look through for her coin collecting hobby, even though SunTrust is supposed to order coins for customers upon request. After ongoing mistreatment from the ridiculous staff, Ms. Ogelesby has the audacity to request referrals from my mother's real estate clients. SunTrust has employed some very rude, racist and unprofessional individuals at this location. Avoid working with this branch unless you want to be mistreated.
